aipen.ink in Claude and ChatGPT
aipen.ink turns notes, letters and worked answers into realistic handwriting, right inside your chat. Ask for handwritten notes, and you get page previews, simple style controls and a vector PDF to download.
What it does
- Writes your notes in a real-looking hand on paper, with maths written as handwritten equations.
- Draws graphs and diagrams by hand when you ask for one, such as a supply-and-demand graph, a force diagram or a flowchart.
- Lays the page out like an aipen.ink service: lined paper for essays, grid paper for maths and science, A5 for letters.
- Lets you change the handwriting style, ink colour, paper ruling, texture, writing size and page size in the card, then apply the change.
- Gives you a vector PDF, and an Edit in aipen.ink button that opens the same notes in the full editor.
Add aipen.ink to Claude
- In Claude, open Customize › Connectors.
- Find aipen.ink in the directory and select Connect. If it is not listed yet, choose Add custom connector and enter
https://mcp.aipen.ink/mcp/claude. - No sign-in is needed. In a chat, ask for handwritten notes, for example the prompts below.
Add aipen.ink to ChatGPT
- Open the ChatGPT app directory and search for aipen.ink.
- If it is not listed yet, you can add it in developer mode with
https://mcp.aipen.ink/mcp.

Limits
- Up to 5 pages and 6,500 characters per request. For longer notes, ask for them in parts, or use the full editor at aipen.ink.
- Up to 40 renders an hour from one network, so the free service stays fair for everyone.
- Page previews and PDFs stay available for one hour. Download the PDF to keep it.
- Handwriting covers English and the major European languages.
Your notes and privacy
The assistant sends aipen.ink only the note text and settings it wants written. aipen.ink uses the text to draw the pages and does not keep it in its logs. Page images and PDFs are deleted after one hour. aipen.ink never receives your Claude or ChatGPT account, your chat history or your other conversations. Usage is counted with labels and numbers only (such as the font, page count and render time) and an anonymous tag that changes every day. Read the full privacy policy.
